On Saturday, My Fox Memphis released the details on the ceremony where people celebrated Chambers' birthday about two months after her death. The close ones of Chambers had a balloon release in Sardis, Mississippi with kind words to say about her.

"Here she was fixing to be 20, but she was still a young child at heart," Chambers' aunt, Deborah Sanders, said.

Chambers' aunt also mentioned how grateful her niece would be to know that her loved ones are honoring her for her birthday.

"She would love all the balloons, whatever you did to makeover her, she would be ecstatic over it," Sanders said.

According to the site, Chambers was burned to death in her car and it's said to be a murder. The grandmother of the young victim made it clear that the police will find who was responsible.

"Justice will be served," Chamber's grandmother, Willie Beardain, said. "We have good law enforcement here in Panola County, and they won't give up until her killer or killers are brought to justice."

Beardain also gave a heartfelt message to her granddaughter.

"I would tell Jessica you know just enjoy singing in that beautiful choir in heaven, and maw-maw will be there later on," she said.

The reward for information on this case is reportedly held at $53,000. The site said to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-729-2169 if anyone has information.
