Bobbi Kristina Brown's family has spoken out and shut down speculation and reports that she will be taken off life support today (Feb. 11), which marks the third anniversary of her mother, Whitney Houston's death.

Rumors Claim Family Will Say Goodbye To Bobbi Kristina On Anniversary Of Whitney Houston's Death

The nephew and sister of Brown's father, Bobby Brown, released a statement and made it clear that they are still keeping the hope that Bobbi will pull through.

She was found unconscious in a bathtub in her Atlanta home Jan. 31. Since then, rumors have swirled that Bobbi is brain dead and that her family was waiting for the anniversary of Houston's passing to pull the plug on her life support.

Bobby's sister Tina and his nephew Shayne said those reports are completely false.

They told Entertainment Tonight Tuesday morning. Shayne said, "She's progressing. She's getting better. We just ask for people to continue to pray."

Despite rumors that Bobby was on the brink of having a breakdown, Shayne said he is okay.

"He's in good spirits. Uncle's in good spirits. It's just a family issue. Right now, uncle just wants his privacy. The family wants its privacy. There's a lot of stories going around, people mixing words up."

Tina chimed in and said that hearing rumors about Bobbi's health and condition makes the family upset. Especially because many are untrue.

Bobby's music lawyer, Christopher Brown, also released a statement and called out sites like TMZ and National Enquirer for being the center of false reports.

"We support the candlelight vigil for Bobbi Kristina. The Brown family is amazed by the love and support from all that attended. However the false reports that continue to appear in print and on the Internet are egregious, false and will be dealt with at an appropriate time. In particular, the false reporting of TMZ, The National Enquirer, The Atlanta Journal Constitution and the Daily Mail (UK) citing, police sources, family sources and Bobby Brown himself, will receive my attention.

The desire to be 'first' has clouded the judgment of many reporters as they forgo accuracy. This is a criminal investigation and the integrity of that process requires silence."
