'CSI: Las Vegas' Season 15 Spoilers: George Eads Says Farewell, Why Is Nick Stokes Leaving? [VIDEO]
It's time for CSI to say goodbye to Nick Stokes.
After 15 years with the Las Vegas team, Stokes (George Eads) will put his last case to bed in te two-part season finale. By time "Under My Skin" and "The End Game" conclude, Stokes will be on his way to a new job in California.
"This is George Eads' character, Nick Stokes, out of 15 years of CSI," Ted Danson (D.B.) explained in a featurette. "He's been offered a job to head up the lab down in San Diego."
Although the Las Vegas lab will be in turmoil when he leaves (when is it not?), Stokes will have to put his feeling aside and move on.
"He doesn't want to leave when things aren't perfect, but there's never a perfect time to do anything that's a big decision in your life," Eads said, citing Stokes' strong loyalty to his fellow co-workers.
The finale will also play host to the climactic end of the Gig Harbor case. Mark-Paul Gosselaar will reappear as the titular baddie, and the murderer's true motives will finally be revealed.
