According to reports, the 16 and Pregnant star, along with seven other women, were taken into custody after allegedly offering to perform sexual acts for money.

Fairman "was arrested for prostitution in New Castle, Delaware, Thursday," RumorFix reported on Friday. "Fairman, who is actually a resident of Coastville, Pennsylvania, was arrested along with seven other women for allegedly exchanging sexual acts for money. The teen mom — now 21 years old — was the youngest among the seven women, the oldest was 54 years old."

Fairman appeared on the second season of 16 and Pregnant, which followed her and her boyfriend at the time, Matt, as they welcomed daughter Nevaeh.

The site also noted that Fairman was "caught by several local law enforcement agencies after complaints in the neighborhood."

In a second report, via TMZ, it was noted that Fairman is still behind bars.

16 and Pregnant's season two stars have been in the news a lot as of late. In addition to Fairman's arrest, both Nikkole Paulun and Kayla Jordan have made headlines. However, their headlines were in regard to happier news, as they are both expecting their second child.

According to a source close to Fairman, who spoke to The Ashley's Reality Roundup after her arrest, the former reality star is struggling with an addiction to drugs.

“She wants to get better,” the source claimed. “She was always a really good girl. But she’s been on dope forever. It’s turned her into a monster.”
