According to a series of social media posts from Taylor and his latest loves, Carmen Dickman and Tiffany Matthews, the reality star has moved on from his on-camera relationships, and is enjoying life as a single guy.

On Saturday, Carmen confirmed she and Taylor were no longer an item, tweeting, "Happy Valentine's Day! Decided to treat myself to lunch at @ShuttersCA then a day at the salon! From me to me, you did well! I love it!"

During Vanderpump Rules season three, Taylor was seen juggling his relationships with Dickman and Matthews, which ultimately backfired, leaving him alone and wishing he could rekindle his relationship with Dickman- a law student who just so happens to be close friends with cast member Kristen Doute.

As for Matthews, she's moved on from Taylor, as well, and appears to be dating a man named Eric Kemp. "Homemade Valentine's Day Brunch for @erickemp @scottwithers_nightlife @chanelloliver," she wrote on Instagram on Saturday, along with a photo of their meal.

Meanwhile, Taylor made an appearance at a Florida nightclub for the Valentine's Day holiday, and announced he was the third wheel during a dinner date with Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix.
