When the show killed off two major characters in the last episodes, fans were floored. While Beth's untimely death did come as a surprise, because it was the mid-season finale, it's pretty safe to say that no one was expecting Tyreese to be killed so suddenly.

During Sunday night's new episode, Aaron, a character in Robert Kirkman's comic series, was introduced to the cast and his presence alludes to the idea that the Alexandria Safe Zone, the show's anticipated location, is nearby.

What Will Happen After Tyreese's Death On 'The Walking Dead?'

While Aaron could help the survivors, his presence could also mean that danger is on its way. Rick and the survivors ending up in Alexandria could also mean that Negan, the leader of the violent survivors, is not far behind.

Fans of the show took to Twitter to express their emotions about the new episodes, and it's clear that they have no idea what to expect.
