RuPaul's Drag Race is receiving a good haul of attention from fans- something that Miss Fame has been noticing.

On Tuesday, Windy City Media posted an interview with the Season 7 contestant who dished on her excitement to be part of the race as well as how she hopes to inspire others.

"The volume ups expectations, and [the] attention is so much," Fame said. "The opportunity and platform [have] been a dream of mine for a lifetime. I wanted to be inspiring and help other people who have had difficulties and didn't have it easy, the people that have had to work their a-- off to make something. That is my whole purpose."

The drag performer also made it clear that it was not an easy process for her to get to where she is despite what others may assume.

"People may look at me and think there is no way I have had to struggle because of how Miss Fame looks, but my journey to this point was far from easy," she admitted. "I am taking this chance to really be human beyond the persona. I can't wait to be more influential and uplifting to the community. I think we need more advocates and more support."

Miss Fame will be competing on RuPaul Season 7 against Sasha Belle, Violet Chachki, Kennedy Davenport, Mrs. Kasha Davis, Tempest Dujour, Jaidynn Diore Fierce, Kandy Ho, Katya, Jasmine Masters, Trixie Mattell, Max, Ginger Minj and Pearl.

The race will premiere on Monday, March 2 at 9 p.m. ET on Logo TV.
