The world has been watching Jennifer Aniston's belly for a baby bump for years, and now the actress has delivered the goods.

She's not actually pregnant, but 43-year-old Aniston rocks a fake baby bump in a new ad for Smartwater that takes the form of "stolen" security tapes from the actress' home.

The ad opens with Ryan Seacrest in a faux news report about the security tapes and then cuts to candid clips of Aniston around her home.

The ad pokes fun at Aniston and her role as a tabloid target. In the video, she reveals she is pregnant with triplets and that she already has two sons - one of whom is played by late-night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel.

The Smartwater clip also makes a joke about Aniston's famed hair. At the end of the video, she pulls it off, revealing her "real hair," a wiry mass of brown curls, underneath.

Of course, the ad is fictional, but that doesn't mean Aniston may not be sporting a baby bump in the not-too-distant future.

The actress is reportedly ready to get pregnant with fiancé Justin Theroux, according a report by OK! Magazine, and it could happen anytime - even before her upcoming nuptials.

"In truth, she'll be overjoyed whenever it happens; if that means she has to walk down the aisle with a baby bump and do her toasts with apple cider, then so be it," the insider said.
