It looks like Tori Spelling's fans can breathe a sigh of relief as her marriage to Dean McDermott is doing ok - for now. The actor recently went on the record to defend his recent meeting with his ex-wife Mary Jo Eustace and deny claims that he is cheating on Spelling.

According to Extra TV on Saturday, McDermott says that he still keeps in touch with his ex-wife because the two co-parent their 16-year-old son Jack together.

He told Extra TV, "The rumors are ridiculous. It's shocking! An ex-husband and ex-wife getting together to discuss their 16-year-old son."

What's more, McDermott also denies claims that their lunch together was a "secret meeting" and that Spelling is aware of their relationship as well.

In Touch Weekly (via Extra TV) reported on Wednesday that the ex-couple, who divorced back in 2006 when McDermott began his relationship with Spelling, looked like they were "at ease" with each other as they enjoyed a long lunch with just the two of them. McDermott and Eustace share a son, Jack, together.

An eyewitness said, "Mary Jo and Dean were so at ease with each other, they looked like a married couple. They embraced the moment they saw each other, talked for almost two hours and then warmly hugged each other when they said goodbye."

Spelling and McDermott married in 2006 and have four children together, Liam, Stella, Hattie and Finn.
