Abby Lee Miller might be one of the most popular reality television stars out there, but she's also one of the most controversial, too. There's a new report that says the Dance Moms star might be banned from entering Australia after a considerable amount of teachers and parents have protested her "combative approach" when it comes to her teaching style.

According to The Australian (via Design & Trend News) on Friday, parents are also none too happy that Miller and her Abby Lee Dance Company are charging fans $250 for her workshop classes.

Australian dance industry ambassador Peter Oxford told the site that Miller's teaching approach breaches the country's local laws regarding to working with minors. What's more, he says he's received "many complaints" from concerned teachers and parents who don't want their aspiring dancers exposed to Miller and her harsh teaching methods.

He said, "We can't we stop a dance teacher who advocates and makes financial gain from screaming at kids?"

Meanwhile, Miller herself has opened up in a new interview with her best tips on how to make it in the dance world.

According to Inc.com on Friday, Miller emphasized the importance of following through on your contract. She said, "When you make a promise, then move heaven and earth to follow through on it--even if it means taking a loss. The trust of your customers or the members of your team is something not easily replaced once it's gone."

And as far as becoming a star "overnight" Miller says there's no such thing. Instead, she says it sometimes takes more than a decade of hard work to finally get noticed.
