It's official: Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello make the sexiest couple in Hollywood these days. The newly engaged duo sizzled on the red carpet at Vanity Fair's post-Oscars party in Los Angeles, Calif. on Sunday night.

Wearing a strapless powder blue dress, Vergara showed off her much-talked about curves while her husband-to-be looked dapper in his black suit. Vergara simply captioned her photo with, "Vanity Fair party @JoeManganiello."

Many of Vergara's fans seemed to agree as they commented with, "Most gorgeous couple ever" along with, "What a pair... Awesome sauce!"

Meanwhile, there's been a report earlier this month suggesting that Manganiello is trying to convince Vergara to ditch her plastic surgery habit.

According to OK! Magazine on Friday, a source close to the couple says Vergara is obsessed with always looking perfect as she's already had several procedures to smooth out wrinkles and her imperfections. Unfortunately though Manganiello is none too happy with Vergara constantly going under the knife.

An insider told the site, "Joe has told Sofia he doesn't want her to have any more surgery because he thinks she looks perfect just as she is. Sofia thinks it's hilarious because he has no idea what goes into maintaining her picture-perfect looks and it gets harder as she gets older."

Back over the summer, Vergara told Redbook magazine, "I don't always curl my hair or wear false eyelashes, but I do full makeup every day and I always have. It takes me about an hour and 15 minutes to get ready. I take my time - I like showering, scrubbing, bubbling. Everyone is always rushing me! They'll lie about when an event starts to try to get me there on time. But I always know, so I don't give a damn."
