On Monday, the Boston Globe reported that Thibou said she and her brother exchanged text messages just minutes before he was killed and now prosecutors want to use those messages as evidence.

Prosecutors Find New Evidence In Aaron Hernandez Murder Case

Thibou has been permitted to mention the text message while on the stand however she will not be allowed to mention the content in the messages or her emotional reaction when she received the texts from Lloyd.

Prosecutors are trying to prove that Hernandez and co-defendants Ernest Wallace and Carlos Ortiz picked up Lloyd at his Dorchester home and then drove to North Attleboro and shot the former semi-pro athlete numerous times.

Thibou told police that her brother texted her because he sensed that he was in some sort of danger. The text message read, "U saw who I was with," Lloyd texted to his sister, according to court records. "NFL ... just so U know."

Lloyd was dating the former NFL star's fiancé's sister, Shaneah Jenkins. Shaneah is the sister of Shayanna Jenkins, the mother of Hernandez's baby.

Shayanna, who has been granted immunity in exchange for her testimony, is said to take the stand to testify against her partner.

Hernandez's fiancé was caught lying to the courts and it is believed that she helped him hide the murder weapon.
