On Wednesday night's new episode of Law and Order: SVU, detectives are forced to tackle a rape case and the suspect involved could be the victim's spouse.

The new episode, December Solstice, is about a feud surrounding celebrity author Walter Briggs. Briggs's sixth wife, Charmaine, and his daughters from previous marriages are fighting over control of Brigg's estate and his well being.

Things take a sharp turn with Brigg's daughter's accuse Charmaine of sexually abusing their father.

The show released a full clip from the new episode and more script teasers that give fans a little insight into the story, and it's clear that December Solstice will be full of shocking twists and turns.

 In the new clip, which can be seen below, Briggs's daughters take a trip down to the precinct to inform detective Olivia Benson that their stepmother is raping their dad.

"His wife Charmaine, she pumps him full of erectile dysfunction pills and makes him have sex everyday, which is dangerous considering he has a heart condition," one daughter says.

The girls explain that their father is almost 80 and he's suffering from dementia. Their father will divide his estate into equal shares between his current wife and his children, and they believe she's raping him to get more money when he dies.

While the producers have shared some teasers with fans, the only way to find out what really happens is to tune in on Wednesday night.
