Teresa Giudice might be serving a 15 month sentence in federal prison, but she's still very much involved in the off camera drama that is going on with her The Real Housewives of New Jersey co-stars.

Jim Marchese the husband of Amber Marchese, who joined the cast in the most recent season, spoke out and said he would be upset if Giudice was allowed to return to the show after finishing her time.

She was sentenced after pleading guilty to several counts of fraud including mortgage, loan and tax evasion.

"I don't think they should bring Teresa back. I don't have an issues ith her working. She can work all she wants. I just don't think it's appropriate for her to be on this type of show any longer," Jim told People Feb. 17.

He added that keeping Giudice on as a cast member would show him what type of message Bravo wants to send. While he was okay with them doing a show on Giudice's life after she is released, he doesn't want her on The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

"That's a completely different theme to it. [Thes how] is about over-the-top lifestyles and over-the-top drama. At this point she can't partake in any of this. I just don't think this is the type of show for her."

But Jim seems to understand that it is still very likely Giudice will be on the show. If she is, Jim said she should be extra careful.

"She's going to be on probation. If there is any type of altercation, she will immediately go to jail. Her trademark table-flipping will no longer be a viable option. Her fan base will be disappointed."
