If you missed the season four finale of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey, you have a lot of catching up to do.

Kim D., an unofficial cast member of "New Jersey," was at the center of the controversy that caused the a rift between Teresa Giudice and the rest of the cast, including her brother Joe Gorga and her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga.

Before the fashion show for Kim D.'s boutique "Posche," she insisted that Teresa goes with her to a salon so they can get their hair and makeup done. It just so happened that a man named Angelo Voorhees works there - and he used to be the owner of Lookers Gentlemen's Club. Turns out he knows Melissa because, he claimed, she used to be a stripper at the club.

Hmm...

Voorhees approached Melissa at the fashion show saying, "Hi Melissa, you remember me right?"

Melissa was uncomfortable and made small talk with him, though she said she doesn't recall where she knows him from.

Teresa took Melissa into the ladies' restroom and claimed her heart is pounding. She then confronted Melissa and said Voorhees is spreading rumors about her alleging she used to be a dancer.

Although Teresa said, "I know it's not true," she definitely had her doubts. Melissa admitted she was a bartender at Lookers, which she said was technically a bikini bar. And she said she only worked there for a week, claiming she hated it.

Apparently, Melissa was teaching second grade during the time she was a bartender. When she brought up that point to Teresa, she questioned what her nighttime activities were.

Even though Teresa told Voorhees to stop talking about her sister-in-law at the salon and at one point even left the room, Melissa said, "You shouldn't have entertained this."

Meanwhile, Voorhees was making the rounds at the party saying he went up to Melissa because "Kim D. and Teresa wanted me to blow the whistle on her."

Why would they want to do that?  Because "She acts like she's holier than thou. "

Jacqueline Laurita received text messages from a mutual friend of her and Teres's stating that Teresa was there when Voorhees claimed he was going to "embarrass" Melissa at the function.

This is when the cast discussed who was doing the scheming and who was set up.

Kim D. said she didn't even know Voorhees would be at the party and apologized for the whole mishap. Melissa didn't even want to hear it (Kim D. admitted to spreading rumors about her husband Joe) and interrupted her speech saying, "Shut up and take a walk."

Teresa is aware that Kim D. is enjoying the drama.

"I know Kim D. is not the biggest fan of Melissa. I can tell she's loving every minute of this."

Joe Gorga and Richie Wakile make an appearance at the party. Joe wanted to find Voorhees and cause him serious harm. But Voorhees already fled the scene and narrowly escaped Joe's wrath. But when he saw Kim D., he couldn't contain his hatred for her.

"Get out of my face ... You talk a lot of shit. ...You are the scum of the earth. You're so drunk and high you can't even walk. Go sniff another line."

Everyone tried to calm Joe down, but it's no use - he is back to hating his sister for her alleged involvement. During all this commotion (which took place in the parking lot), Teresa was inside schmoozing with the other party guests. Eventually, Teresa makes her way outside and confronts Jacqueline.

"Did you just tell her [Melissa] that I sold her out?"

Jacqueline laid out all of the evidence she was given and Teresa responded, ""No. Swear to God on my kids he never said he was going to embarrass her. Ever, ever, ever. So obviously there's somebody trying to set me up and maybe you're involved!"

Caroline Manzo called this Jacqueline's "ah-ha" moment. Jacqueline then said her friendship with Teresa was officially over during a confessional.

Jacqueline said, "Why the f**k would I set up your sister-in-law, who I happen to like? Who has the motives here? You don't like your sister-in-law. Now I know we're not friends because how dare you try to turn that around on me? How dare you? You're disgusting. You're scum. I am completely done."

Melissa spotted Teresa and tells Joe to scream, "Shame on you," out the window. They got into a screaming match with Teresa and hold up traffic until a police officer tells Joe and Mellisa to shut up and drive off. Melissa theorizesdthat Teresa was looking for a reason to rationalize the "tormenting" she had done to her over the last eight years.

Evidently, things haven't gotten much better since the incident dubbed "Strippergate." After the finale, Joe sent Teresa a text messaging stating, "You're dead to me." The Gorgas have put their house on the market to move farther away from Teresa. Until Sept. 7, when the season four reunion was taped, the whole cast had not been in the same room since the incident.

Jacqueline was not at the season three reunion because she was unable to look Teresa in the face after their big fight, which had taken place the night before the reunion's taping. She confessed that she had a complete nervous breakdown because of her fight with Teresa and due to personal family matters. We now know that during season four's taping, Jacqueline was taking her son Nicholas from doctor to doctor before he was diagnosed with autism.

Upset that the season is over? Don't be! The three-part reunion special begins next Sunday.
