CSI is returning to CBS with a brand new show and we have a look at the newest sneak peek of CSI: Cyber just hours before it premieres.

CBS Gears Up To Debut New Series 'CSI: Cyber'

In the first episode Kidnapping 2.0 detectives attempt to solve a case in which a child was taken after kidnappers hacked baby monitors.

There's also drama within the cast already as lead FBI agent Avery Ryan (Patricia Arquette) sticks Daniel (played by Charly Koontz) with Brody (Shad Moss AKA rapper Bow Wow). Daniel obviously doesn't want to work with Brody, but he complies to help the team.

But not before the two hurl insults like "Newby Nelson" and "Chubby."

Ryan quickly shuts down the drama before it's revealed that Brody has his own past with hacking. It looks like he was "busted" before joining the team as an FBI agent.

While Brody kicks up a stink about Daniel actually being the one who got him caught, Avery reminds him, "The judge sent you to me in the hopes that you wouldn't spend the rest of your life behind bars."

She then warns him that if he messes up, even once, he's being shipped to federal prison.

In another clip Avery grills the mother of the child they're searching for. She's obviously fed up and asks the officer, "How many more questions?"

Avery tries to calm her down and comfort her, but the mom isn't trying to hear it. Especially when Avery admits she doesn't have any children of her own. But the father seems to be a little more empathetic with Avery and helps her find his and the woman's child.
