Liv and her team of Gladiators are hard at work after Brandon Parker, a 17-year-old African American teenager, is shot by a white police officer.

In the new extended clip, the detective explains that a police officer stopped Parker after he matched the description of a suspected shoplifter. The officer tried to question the teen but he pulled a knife on the officer and Parker was then shot.

While trying to control the optics and prevent the city from going up in flames, Liv quickly learns that she has another problem on her hands. Parker's father becomes furious after learning about his sons death and he shows up to the scene with a shot gun and he's eager to find the officer responsible for killing his son.

The Scandal official Facebook page has shared new teaser photos from the new episode and it looks like things at the White House could be getting pretty intense as well.

Kerry Washington, who plays the role of the D.C. crisis manager, took to Twitter to explain that while she hasn't seen the new episode, she already has butterflies because she knows it will be crazy.

"Haven't seen tonight's episode yet," she tweeted. We are screening it for cast and crew at lunch today. I already have butterflies about it. Crazy. #Scandal."

Producers are calling The Lawn Chair the most powerful episode of the season, and fans definitely don't want to miss it.
