Some details have been released on the fourth installment of Toy Story and it will probably not be what fans had expected.

On Friday, IGN mentioned that the fourth sequel to the beloved Disney Pixar classic probably won't take on the story of the animated toys in Andy's room who have their adventurous yet heartwarming stories. Instead, it will likely take on something totally different.

Studio president Jim Morris gave those details to Disney Latino.

Is A Beloved Character From 'Finding Nemo' Going To Appear In 'Finding Dory?'

"The third movie ended in a beautiful way and completed a trilogy," Morris said. "I think this movie is not part of this trilogy. It is a separate story, which in turn I do not know if it will be continued. Never begin a project with that in mind."

It was also revealed that the film's message won't have the same scenario that connects children with toys. It's apparently going to be more of a warm romance movie.

"It is not a continuation of the end of the story of Toy Story 3. Temporarily it is, but it will be a love story," Morris said. "It will be a romantic comedy. It will not put much focus on the interaction between the characters and children. I think it will be a very good movie."

This leaves plenty of questions on how this is going to work and how audiences will respond.

Toy Story 4 is expected to hit theaters in June, 2017.
