All new trouble will be brewing on The Originals this week, with new revelations about Dahlia and witch problems for Rebekah.

Find Out How William Shatner Was Invited To Appear On 'The Originals'

The CW released a new behind-the-scenes look with series creator Julie Plec on March 13 (featured below) which gave some pretty deep insight into the show's upcoming episode.

Kol (Daniel Sharman) may have been playing a prank when he put Rebekah (Claire Holt) into the body of an imprisoned witch (Maisie Richardson-Sellers), but that trick is about to have some killer consequences.

Plec warned that the witch, Eva, is "much stronger than anyone anticipated" and will be fighting regain ownership of her own body. Considering the fact that Eva is incredibly dangerous and had been originally locked up for murdering children, this poses a problem for both Rebekah and the witch community.

Rebekah's current situation will have a direct impact on Elijah's (Daniel Gillies) dealing with Freya (Riley Voelkel) in this episode as well.

"We may need Freya's assistance," he warned Klaus (Joseph Morgan) in the preview, "So whatever you're planning, don't."

The brothers might not trust their long-lost sister, but they might just need her help if they are going to save Rebekah.

Their impending sit-down with Freya also means that fans will finally get to hear the full story behind their infamous aunt, Dahlia (Claudia Black). Freya's story is particularly interesting because the entire series has been built upon the structure of this devastatingly dysfunctional family with whom she has spent little time with. The fact that she was raised apart from her siblings though under similarly destructive circumstances could turn her into an incredibly compelling character.

"To gain true immortality and that's why she will come here," insisted Freya to Klaus, "Drawn by your daughter, to take her power for herself."

Freya added that Dahlia "wants what's been denied her" and Elijah could not help but draw parallels between their power-hungry aunt and Klaus' own dangerous ambitions.

So will Klaus find himself beaten by their vicious aunt? Or will he prove that the family only has room for one impulsive deviant?

The Originals continues on The CW with its second season Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
