Nida is currently serving an eight-year sentence after he pleaded guilty to several charges. He was involved in a fraud ring that brought in just over $2 million.

Parks spoke with a professional and said, "I married him because I thought he was a changed man."

This is not Nida's first time behind bars. He was in prison from 2004-09 on similar charges as this time. He married Parks shortly after his release. The two have two sons together as well. Parks said her breaking point was when "my husband is trying to attack me" just hours before he turned himself into jail a few months ago.

"I was losing my sanity. I would like a divorce."

Nida was first arrested for the charges in January of 2014. He ended up pleading guilty just weeks after and was sentenced in October. Before heading off to jail, he showed up at the home he and Parks' share together and confronted her for rumors that she was cheating. While Parks denied the rumors, Nida brought up text messages that he found in her phone just a few episodes ago.

Before going to jail he also cleared Kenya Moore's name and retracted his claims that she came on to him while the two happened to be in Los Angeles at the same time.

See how it all plays out in the full episode Sunday at 8/7c on Bravo.
