New mom Terra Jole has returned to social media after giving birth to her first child.

On Wednesday night, following the season finale of Lifetime's Little Women: LA, Jole took to Twitter, where she thanked fans for watching her pregnancy journey unfold.

"Thanks for watching tonight's reveal!" Jole tweeted to fans. "Joe and I are so happy to have a baby GIRL! #LittleWomenLA #terraslittlefamily."

On Monday, Jole gave birth to daughter Penelope Charlevoix Gnoffo, who weighed in at 6 lbs., 2 oz.

"Joe and I are overjoyed by our new family addition," Jole told PEOPLE Magazine on Wednesday. "Looking forward to our future together as a happy little family."

Jole went on to explain her daughter's middle name, which was inspired by a town in Michigan.

"My family grew up there," Jole revealed. "Joe and I vacationed there this summer, and my grandfather has an amphitheater named after him in downtown Charlevoix – Clarence Odmark. Honestly, it's one of the most beautiful cities I've ever visited."

Also on Twitter, Jole shared a photo of her daughter, and encouraged fans to continue on with her pregnancy journey in her upcoming spinoff series, which debuts on Lifetime next month.

Little Women: Terra's Little Family premieres on April 8 at 9 p.m. on Lifetime.
