1. More time with Luca

Since separating from Comrie, there are rumors that Duff is prepared to fight for primary custody of their two-year-old son and it makes sense since she is spending the majority of her time with him. In recent weeks, Duff has taken to Instagram to share photos of Luca on play dates. She also posted a photo of her kissing him on the beach. On that photo she wrote: "Never knew love....." Coincidence?

2. She dyed her hair BLUE

Duff also took to Instagram to share the crazy color she dyed her hair. She went from beautiful blonde to daring blue over night. She then took to Instagram two more times to show off the color that she has deemed "mermaid."

3. She posted a hot bikini selfie

She may not be wife and mother anymore, but she's still a mom and she's damn proud of her body. The actress took to Instagram and shared a photo of herself standing in a bikini in front of a mirror. She captioned the photo: "Hey #moms #westillgot it."

4. Covering magazines

Duff also graced the cover of Cosmopolitan's April issue where she discussed the reason for divorcing Comrie and what it was like growing up in the spotlight as a child star.
