The new season of "Grey's Anatomy" is already under way and the second episode airs Oct. 4 on ABC at 9 p.m. ET.

TV Guide gave a preview of what to expect in the new episode.

Viewers will get a flashback to the aftermath of the plane crash and see how the doctors dealt with the disaster. In episode one of the new season, we saw a flashforward to the future, with the doctors already back in Seattle Grace and settled into their jobs. Episode two will answer all the questions viewers still have about the plane crash.

Meanwhile, back at Seattle Grace, the doctors try to find peace and move on from the traumatizing event. The episode is titled "Remember the Time."

Gather.com revealed a spoiler for the new episode, saying that while Cristina was not the most injured doctor in the crash, she is not shown coping well once they are rescued. In the premiere epsiode, she left Seattle to start a new job in Minnesota, but she had a hard time getting on the airplane.

Previews for the second episode, such as the one below, reveal that after the rescue, Cristina is brought back to the hospital and needs to be restrained, with one doctor saying that she is "in a state." She goes from being unresponsive and disoriented, to acting violent toward the doctors if they try to examine her. Owen tries to hug her and relax her, but she fights him too.

Even Meredith tries talking to Cristina and getting her to come back to her old self, but nothing works. Who will be able to get through to Cristina?

When Meredith is rescued, she is also in a state of shock. When brought back to the hospital, she asks where her sister Lexie is (she died in last season's finale).

Derek wakes up in the hospital with him arm in a cast and Arizona makes Callie promise she will not let doctors amputate her leg (though we already saw in the first episode that the amputation did happen).

Watch episode two of "Grey's Anatomy" on Oct. 4 on ABC.
