History of Tamar Braxton & K. Michelle Beef Revealed, What Really Sparked It 'She Tweeted I Was Lying'

Braxton and her The Real co-hosts were talking about bullying during a segment on the show earlier this week. They opened up about getting criticized on Twitter, Instagram and more.

When asked what advice she would give her almost two-year-old son, Logan, when it comes to getting bulllied, Braxton was speechless and broke down crying.. Adrienne Bailon pointed out that it was because "she's still dealing" with being a victim of bullying herself.

"Things that people say affect you. You move in stride like nothing is wrong and the world is peachy cream and tastes like strawberries," she said. "I was just asking my husband the other day... A particular person started saying that I look like a muppet," she added referring to one of K. Michelle's insults toward her.

She revealed, "People say it so much I was starting to believe it" and said she went as far as asking her husband, Vincent Herbert, if it was true.

"He's like, 'absolutely not.' This person has the whole world calling me that. It's just so devastating because it takes me back to high school and there's nothing I can do about it."

K. Michelle caught wind of the statement and took her to Twitter to respond.

Bailon also went to Instagram to share her thoughts.

Throughout life people will make you mad, disrespect you and treat you bad. Let God deal with the things they do... Remember, No matter what you think or see, there is always something more to a person. Always something you don't know about them. My life has honestly been blessed personally knowing Tamar. She is a light. She is a friend that will hold you until you stop crying when your heart hurts. A friend you can call when you need advice, Someone you can truly trust. A friend that will take your hands and pray with you when there is nothing left to do. Encourage you along the way... And share tears with you in your happy moments. Tamar, I KNOW YOU... And I love you. BULLYING IS NEVER RIGHT. Think carefully before you insult someone for who they really are. At least they are courageous enough to open up about it. @tamarbraxtonher #WCW #SisterFriend #TamarBraxton #StopBullying
