Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Director Helming Age of Extinction Sequel?

The packaged figures were unveiled via the Facebook page of the movie franchise. If the toys take off and impress fans it could be very likely that they would be featured in the movies as well. According to an IGN report these toys are part of the Combiner War Series, allowing for the creation of an Ultra Transformer.

While little is known about the plot of the movie, there have been all kinds of suggestions. These new Ultra Transformers could actually assist Optimus Prime if he chooses to stay back. As Optimus Prime was seen traveling into space, headed to Cybertron to meet his maker at the end of Age of Extinction, many believed that the sequel would be set in Cybertron and there were a lot of theories being suggested to corroborate that. But in a recent interview, producer Lorenzo de Bonaventura revealed that it was more likely that the saga will continue to unfold on mortal land and there were no plans to set it in space. In fact Bonaventura also stated that the setting for Transformers 5 will be very similar to that of Age of Extinction.
