Sonny's (Freddie Smith) marriage to Will (Guy Wilson) still hasn't improved since his return to Salem, and things may not get any better for the couple after Sonny has another encounter with his ex, Paul (Christopher Sean) on Days of Our Lives.

Will Blackmails Tori

Sonny returned to Salem after taking some time away when he learned that Paul and Will had slept together, but since he's been back things have still been tense between he and his husband, much to Will's chagrin. And while he hasn't been as warm to Paul either, he's been more willing to thaw the iciness between them a bit more. And after he and Paul continue meeting up, it could distance him and his husband further.

Paul has made no secret of the fact that he wants Sonny back, despite now knowing he is married to Will, and perhaps in an attempt to make a gesture of his love, he will admit to Sonny that after he was stabbed, he was the one who donated the much-needed blood that kept him alive. Knowing the source who saved his life could stun Sonny and make him even more grateful to his ex-and it could cause him to truly start feeling attracted to him once again.

Paul Is Given A New Reason To Stay In Salem

If that happens, he too could be tempted to cheat with Paul as well-and the consequences on his marriage to Will would be drastic as a result. If they both wind up cheating with Paul, it could forever destroy the vows the two promised to uphold.
