He is preparing to finally leave Salem after finishing his physical therapy sessions that followed his shoulder surgery, but Paul (Christopher Sean) could be given an entirely new reason to stick around a bit longer on Days of Our Lives.

Sonny Drops A Bombshell On Will

His mother, Tori (Hira Ambrosino) has been in town recently as well, which gave Paul another reason to stay, much to Will's (Guy Wilson) chagrin. Thanks to Sonny (Freddie Smith) learning that they had slept together, Will's marriage is in a huge shambles, and Sonny has left town to be with his brothers in Arizona for a while. Now, all Will wants is for Paul to leave town and be permanently out of both his and Sonny's lives.

Knowing it is about time for himself to go, Paul is preparing to leave. However, his plans could change after he runs into john (Drake Hogestyn)-who gives the star pitcher a reason to stick around a little while longer.

Paul Asks Sonny An Uncomfortable Question About His Marriage

If Paul chooses to stay based on what John tells him, it could not only make things more complicates for Will,  but for Paul's mother as well, since she has acted strangely since arriving in Salem-specifically around Marlena (Deidre Hall) when she's seen her, and she has regularly tried avoiding John as well. It appears she is hiding something from her son-and as Will tries to find reasons for Paul to leave, he may stumble across Tori's secret in the process.
