As she chatted with co-star Kim Richards, Glanville's nipple was seen slipping out of her black dress, and although Richards pointed out the issue on air, Bravo didn't edit it out. However, according to a new report, the network has denied intentionally airing the awkward moment.
On Thursday, TMZ reported Bravo's denial, claiming the network was unaware that Glanville's nipple could be seen during the finale. Bravo also claimed to have since edited the episode so that Glanville's nipple won't be seen during future airings.

During the scene in question, Richards could be heard suggesting Glanville cover herself before she got up to talk to their co-stars.
"Before you go any further, your nipple is hanging out," Richards said, leading Glanville to pulling her dress over to ensure she was completely covered.
On the show, Glanville and Richards were discussing the latest drama between the women, namely Glanville's prior conversation with cast member Lisa Rinna. While Rinna claimed Glanville suggested Richards was in need of an intervention, Glanville denied saying anything of the sort. So, when Kyle Richards confronted Kim with the news, it made for quite the intense moment on the show.
