In an interview for the cover story of the April issue of Self Magazine, the 33-year-old actress dished about her workout regimen, which helps her take on the rigorous demands of her role as Cressida in the movie.

"In Mockingjay - Part 2, I'm basically running around in heavy armor while carrying a semiautomatic rifle," she said. "I don't know how I would have kept up with [my costars] Liam Hemsworth or Sam Claflin if I hadn't been in the best cardiovascular shape of my life."

She also compared, and found some similarities, between her roles as Cressida in the Hunger Games to Margeary in the Game of Thrones.

"Being strapped into a corset with this long flowing skirt immediately changes the way you look in the mirror," she said. "My way into Margaery is actually quite physical, even though she's not a physical character in the way that Cressida [from the Mockingjay movies] is," she continued.

Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 2 also stars Jennifer Lawrence (Katniss Everdeen), Josh Hutcherson (Peeta Mellark), Hemsworth (Gale Hawthorne), Woody Harrelson (Haymitch Abernathy) and Elizabeth Banks (Effie Trinket).

The DVD for Part 1 was released on March 6.

Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 2 will hit theaters on November 20.
