Before Mad Men finishes up its final episodes, there's a new theory of a spinoff floating around.

Is The Studio 'Not Happy' With The 'Mad Men' Finale?

On Tuesday, The Huffington Post mentioned that there is some speculation if the ladies in the office will leave the company to start their own firm in a new series. Mad Men creator Matthew Weiner apparently said that he wasn't planning a spinoff, but perhaps that could change.

One question that lingers on a potential Mad Women series is if Elizabeth Moss or Christina Hendricks be down to join? Huffington asked Hendricks about this and as it turns out, she didn't even know that this rumor was being spread.

Jon Hamm Says Final 'Mad Men' Episodes Will Be 'Painful'

"You're the first I'm hearing it from," the actress said when she was asked about a possible spinoff. "It hasn't reached my ears yet."

With that being said, would Hendricks be interested in coming aboard if it ever happens?

"That would be amazing," she said. "If they wanted me, I'd be there."

In an interview with Hit Fix, John Slattery, who plays Roger on the series, he mentioned something about his facial hair. There was apparently some debate over whether a mustache should be used or not.

"Well we tried a mustache before and I don't know for whatever reason, they didn't want to do it," the actor said. "Matt did want to do it. I think I showed him- I'll show you this [reaches into his wallet for driver's license]- I think I showed him at one point, I had this and I showed it to him and he was like, 'What the hell is that?' And I said, 'I was making a movie and I had to get a new driver's license.'"

Mad Men returns on Sunday, April 5 at 10 p.m. ET on AMC.
