The moment fans have been waiting for is finally going to arrive on General Hospital, as the long-awaited truth about Luke Spencer's (Anthony Geary) split personality is finally revealed.

Tracy Makes A Bold Decision In An Attempt To Get Through To Luke

In a special 52nd anniversary episode, the answers fans have been seeking about Luke's mental breakdown and what caused it will be given, as Luke flees back to his childhood home on Elm Street, and begins having flashbacks to his childhood-and the fateful moments that led to his recently wanting to kill everyone around them-including those he loved the most, like his wife, Tracy (Jane Elliot), his sisters, Bobbie (Jacklyn Zeman) and Patricia (Dee Wallace), and his daughter, Lulu (Emmee Rylan).

In a sneak peek clip for the episode, Luke is seen back at the home that he rigged to explode the same night as what was supposed to be the fateful bombing of the Haunted Star, and after he brushes some ash off of the basement door's frame, he is struck by the memories of his childhood when he sees the markings there for he and his siblings as they continues to grow. He is then transported back in time to when they all did live in the home, which will potentially give him and everyone else the answers he seeks.

Tracie and Bobbie Make An Alarming Discovery

The big reveal has been a long time coming on the soap, with fans noting that Luke began behaving strangely on the soap a year ago, by starting to hit on Kiki (then portrayed by Kristen Alderson). His behaviors only became more alarming as time went on, and many believed that Luke was actually being kept prisoner at Miscavige, while an impostor walked around Port Charles, pretending to be him. Several people were suspected of being 'Fluke,' but it was later revealed that no impostor ever existed, and Luke's escalating behaviors were all due to his split personality.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
