Country superstar Carrie Underwood recently dished on her workout regime during her pregnancy as well as the lifestyle brand she's been working on.

On Wednesday, Shape posted a live interview with the singer who partnered up with Dick's Sporting Goods for her fashion line called CALIA. Underwood mentioned that this brand is meant to help women find attire that can be appropriate for any kind of casual environment.

"Women today are busier than they've ever been before," the 32-year-old said. "It's important to kind of have these pieces in your life that you can take to the gym, that you can take to the grocery store, to go pick up your kids, you can go meet your friends, and you look good and feel good the whole way through."

Underwood then dished on how she enjoyed keeping up with her exercise routines when she was pregnant with her first child.

"It's important for me to stay active just because it makes me feel good," she said. "Throughout my day if I can get a little workout in and kind of get my blood pumping and stuff like that, it just makes my whole day feel better."

The star also revealed that she likes to change her workouts around, which consists of running, hiking, boxing and having a teacher.

"I love finding classes here and there that there's somebody else teaching me things that I can take home and do my own workouts when I'm by myself," she said.

Underwood gave birth to her son, Isaiah, last February.
