It was the slap that was heard from around the world, but luckily for Kelly Hyland, she won't be charged for attacking Dance Moms star Abby Lee Miller in an on-screen altercation that was one of the most talked-about moments of the show. A judge from the Bronx Supreme Court has dropped Miller's charges against Hyland, but she's also given her strict instructions to stay away from the dance instructor as well.

Reports say that Hyland is to spend two days in counseling and must stay away from Miller for six months.

"They did not treat her like they would everyone else. She was put through the wringer because of who she is."
