Hannibal's Tooth Fairy will have you running for the door this summer.

'Hannibal' Season 3: 'Mizumono' Director Returns For Finale, No Guillermo del Toro

The NBC psychological thriller will return on June 4, and the second half of season 3 will throw viewers into the lore of Red Dragon. With that will come the introduction of Richard Armitage's incredibly disturbing Francis Dolarhyde.

"WAIT UNTIL YOU SEE HIM IN THE SHOW," Fuller recently said of the Hobbit star. "HE'S BRILLIANT AND TERRIFYING!"

Dolarhyde is known by two names - The Great Red Dragon and The Tooth Fairy. The latter comes from Dolarhyde's tendency to bite his victims while the former is self-given and references the killer's affinity for William Blake's painting titled "The Great Red Dragon and the Women Clothed with the Sun."

Armitage will arrive in episode 8, according to Fuller, and his transition into the story will put an end to the series' cuisine-inspired episode titles. Instead, episode 8 will simply be titled "The Great Red Dragon." Dolarhyde will be particularly busy during the season's final episodes, apparently using the cover of dark to make his kills.
