Will 5 Seconds of Summer's Next Album Have More Lyrical Depth?

On Friday night, Irwin shared a photo of his drum kit on his Twitter.

The following day, the drummer gushed he was "havin['] a blast again" aside from wishing 5SOS fans a Happy Easter.

On Saturday, Hemmings also tweeted about the upcoming album.

"Put everything into this next album," he revealed.

On Sunday it seemed as though Clifford was teasing possible song lyrics. "How'd we drift so far away," the guitarist tweeted.

Last Thursday he tweeted a fan saying, "the new album is a lot deeper lyrically," so maybe this was his way of giving a little glimpse into that.

Also on Sunday, Clifford revealed he and his bandmates had a "fun day of recording."

"[S]o excited for this damn record," he gushed.

Then in-between the late hours of Sunday and the early hours of Monday, Irwin dished they completed a "BIG weekend of recording!!!"

"Every smack of the drum has my heart and soul in it!" he revealed, while adding his arms felt as though they'd "fall off" so you know he's giving his all during the recording process.
