What happened in Vegas didn't stay in Vegas and that turned out to be a good thing thanks to Prince Harry.

When naked pictures of Prince Harry were posted on TMZ, the scandal gave Sin City a major boost in tourism- it increased their audience reach to a whopping 154 million people, according to Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority. LVCVA puts the publicity value at $23 million because that is how much it would have cost the agency to reach an audience of that magnitude on their own.

The humiliating pictures of Prince Harry, standing naked in his lavish hotel suite during a private game of "strip billiards," has inspired fans around the world to flock to Sin City for their own naughty pleasures. 

The LVCVA said they have yet to track exactly how much tourism has been generated due to the publicity surrounding the naked photo scandal, but it was enough for their Board Chairman Tom Collins to express fervent attitude in a recent board meeting.

"God bless Prince Harry. He made us a bunch of money," Collins said, according to Las Vegas Sun.

The agency decided to capitalize on the opportunity and placed an ad several days after the photo leak.

"For shame!" read an ad placed by the LVCVA in USA Today just days after the photos were leaked. "To those who traded in their pledge to their Las Vegas brethren, we deplore you. We are calling on you, the defenders of what happens in Vegas staying in its rightful place - in Vegas. We are asking for a shun on those exploiters of Prince Harry."

Prince Harry was photographed naked in a Las Vegas hotel room on Aug 22. According to TMZ, Harry with his entourage partied it up in the hotel bar. They found some ladies who also didn't want the night to end and invited them up to the prince's VIP suite. Things got wild once the group started playing strip pool, which quickly escalated into full-on nudity. The 27-year-old bared it all and one of the parties captured his royalty in just his birthday suit. In one photo, a naked Harry covers his nether regions while it appears that a topless woman was standing behind him.  In another photo, a naked Harry is hugging a woman who also appears to be completely nude.
