Christina Aguilera is about to turn up the heat when she makes her guest appearance on Nashville.

On Thursday, Yahoo! TV posted a sneak peek of Aguilera's performance when she makes her way on the ABC series as pop star Jade. The video shows her on stage with the lights down as she belts out her voice in the microphone.

The audience is cheering their hearts out for her when the lights go on and the pop-country singer is looking mighty fierce. Aguilera's character has her hair dyed bright pink as she dons tight black attire. She then works her way down the steps of the stage and brings out more of her musical talent.

Unfortunately, the video doesn't show the entire performance so fans will have to wait till next week to see more of Aguilera's debut on the series.

The iconic musician is going to be a thriving country artist who is also the ex-fiancee of Jeff Fordham.

According to a previous report from E! News, Jade is likely going to have a nasty bicker with Juliette, leaving Jade in tears. But things won't stay sad for her that long since Luke makes his way over and lends a helping hand.

It wasn't mentioned if Jade and Luke will share a romantic connection or not, but viewers might want to brace themselves for some wild passion anyway.

Nashville airs on Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET on ABC.
