On Monday, the gold medal winner took to Instagram to upload a pic of her face as she has a pensive look going on. Her hair falls in front of her as she looks upward and with her finger on her lip. Her eyes look big and daunting as if she has something skeptical on her mind.

Fans noticed the picture and sent her comments like, "Marry me plz" and "Definition of beautiful."

While Maroney tends to post photos of her face, she also has habit of sporting a leotard in some images, an outfit that she is easily familiar with. As a professional gymnast, she previously spoke to Teen Vogue about how she chooses her leotards for certain activities.

"For our team leotards, we get about ten to choose from to actually compete in the Olympics," the 19-year-old said. "We try to pick something really American, so that's how we ended up with the red leotard to compete in for the team. For individual, you pick your own style. I chose white for the vault because you never see white leotards! I thought it was really classy and really pretty."

Maroney currently has more than 700,000 followers on Instagram, making her one of the most popular celebrities on social media.
