Even though they broke up last year, it looks as though Nick Loeb isn't done with Sofia Vergara just yet. There's a new report that says the businessman is actually suing the Hollywood actress over her "desire to destroy their frozen embryos."

Sofia Vergara Admits That She Is Doing Whatever It Takes To Look Young These Days

According to In Touch Weekly on Tuesday, Loeb filed a lawsuit in California to prevent Vergara from destroying her embryos. The ex-couple created them six months before they split up.

"Nick has always wanted to be a father and will do whatever it takes to save these two remaining female embryos," an insider reportedly told In Touch. "Nick is very emotionally invested in these female embryos because he's pro-life and believes life begins at conception."

Sofia Vergara's Ex-Fiance Nick Loeb Dishes On Her New Relationship

So far, Vergara has not made any comments about the report.

Meanwhile, Loeb said earlier this year that his ex-fiancé never gave him back his engagement ring.

According to Rumor Fix back in January, Loeb confirmed that Vergara kept the bling, but added that he's not bitter about it.

He said, "After we split up it wasn't something I was going to try to get back. She's a woman - she loves jewelry. I'm sure she'll accessorize it."

The ex-couple was on-again, off-again for several years before Vergara pulled the plug on their relationship in early 2014.
