Over the weekend, both Gomez and Bieber were spotted having fun at the Coachella Music Festival, and after Bieber got into an altercation with security, things got pretty heated and it looks like Bieber is planning to take legal action.

In a new video obtained by TMZ, Bieber is seen getting kicked out of the festival on Sunday night after bouncers refused to let him into a particular entrance that was specifically set aside for the artists.

Sources Say Selena Gomez Would Be 'Mortified' If Her Ex Made Song About Her New Beau

After the designated area reached capacity, the singer was turned down and he didn't take it too well. In the TMZ video, clearly the singer and his entourage were out of control.

A source close to Gomez says that the singer believes that he should take legal action after being placed in a chokehold.

"Selena heard about what happened to Justin at Drake's concert and thought it was unfortunate," an insider tells HollywoodLife.

"She said putting Justin in a chokehold seemed totally unnecessary and that poor choices were made. She doesn't believe Justin was at fault," the source says.

While the duo may no longer be together, it's clear that there's no bad blood between the two.

Bieber recently sat down with Ryan Seacrest and the singer admitted that his ex inspired some of his new songs from his upcoming album.

Gomez, whose new song The Heart Wants What It Wants, which was obviously inspired by her relationship with Bieber, is apparently dating a new man so it looks like the two are just friends.
