Maci Bookout's ex-boyfriend has gotten on her bad side.

During the latest episode of Teen Mom OG, Ryan Edwards nearly didn't come to their son Bentley's sixth birthday party. Understandably, Bookout was furious, and after the episode aired, the expectant mom spoke out.

“I just think its pathetic,” Bookout told MTV during the Teen Mom OG: After Show, according to a report by Wetpaint Entertainment on Thursday. “I don't understand how anything in the world could be more important. What other plans would you make on his birthday? You know his birthday, right?”

Although Edwards did attend the party, he showed up late, and came with his girlfriend, Shelby Woods.

“I think he cares when it's convenient,” Bookout added. “When he has nothing better to do, and that some days he wakes up and I think he genuinely wants to be a good dad and he really tries. Any time something that seems like more fun or something that seems like less work comes along, it's easy for him to use that as an excuse to not show up.”

As Bookout's co-parenting struggles continue, she and boyfriend Taylor McKinney have been preparing for the birth of their first child together, a girl, who is due in July.
