After it was announced that chef Bobby Flay and his wife Stephanie March were ending their marriage, rumor has it that he may have cheated on her.

On Sunday, Page Six mentioned that the reason for the split might be because Flay was having an affair with another woman. Apparently, March found out about this right after Thanksgiving. If this news is true, then Flay has supposedly been seeing other woman Elyse Tirrell for three years.

But according to Sunday's report from Us Weekly, this news may not be as accurate as it seems. The chef's rep released a statement to the site on these allegations.

"We will continue to refrain from responding to the continued efforts by certain parties to spread rumors and innuendo," the statement reads. "This specific allegation was in a letter sent from one attorney in this case to the other. It was written and then leaked specifically to try to insert this story into the press, and that's unfortunate."

Flay's rep continues to explain this situation as well as word on a prenuptial agreement.

"Even more unfortunate is that all of this is being done in order to renegotiation a prenuptial agreement that was agreed to over a decade ago and never amended during the marriage."

The site also mentioned that Flay has to pay his ex $5,000 a month in regards to the prenup.
