There's a chance that we might be seeing a new Christian Grey on the big screen when the sequel comes out. Actor Max Greenfield recently revealed that he would love to play a part in the blockbuster movie if he were given the chance.

'Fifty Shades of Grey' Heartthrob Jamie Dornan To Receive $12 Million For Role In 'Fifty Shades' Sequels

According to Us Weekly last week, the Hollywood star joked that he would definitely bring a lot of sexual tension to the role, comparing himself to Sandy Cohen from the hit Fox show, The O.C.

He said, "Are there any major blockbusters that I'd want to join? You know, I'm just looking to get into that Fifty Shades of Grey. Maybe I could be the 51st Shade? I don't know, that's definitely a move I'm looking to make."

Production For 'Fifty Shades Darker' Should Begin Soon

Greenfield added, "The heat that I gave off from a young Sandy Cohen is the kind of heat that I would bring to a 51st Shade of Grey."

Meanwhile, there's also a chance that Angelina Jolie might be directing the sequel to 50 Shades of Grey, now that director Sam Taylor-Johnson won't be coming back to the franchise.

According to Britain's Daily Star this past week, there's a good chance that Jolie, who was last behind the camera in Unbroken might take the helm for the next film, which will most likely star Dornan as Christian Grey and Dakota Johnson as Anastasia Steele.

The site says that British bookies have already got Jolie at 25/1 to take over as director, which will no doubt please a lot of fans.

So far, Jolie herself has not made any comments about the rumors.
