Yolanda Foster surfaced on Instagram over the weekend, where she shared a special message for her "true friends."

RHOBH's Yolanda Foster Continues Her Battle With Lyme Disease

As she continues to battle Lyme Disease, which she was diagnosed with in 2012, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star thanked those who have offered her continuous support throughout her journey.

"True friends stay by your side No matter how long the journey, just so you don't have to go through it alone," Foster wrote on Instagram on Saturday. "#ChronicLymeDisease Thank you @paulmarciano @marevageorges1991 for being TRUE #ILoveYou."

Oddly, just hours prior to her "true friends" post, Foster's on-screen friend, Brandi Glanville re-tweeted a message about Lyme Disease, which had been sent to her by a fan.

"I thought I'd share this with u for Yolanda x Solutions for Lyme Disease Mikhael Adams is an expert," the message read.

Then, on Monday, Glanville continued her Lyme disease tweets with a message of her own, which read, "We MUST find a cure! #TakeABiteOutOfLyme #LymeDiseaseChallenge
ReTweet in Support @YolandaHFoster @officialdfoster."

The Fosters have both remained silent in regard to Glanville's request for a re-tweet.

Foster suffered a Lyme disease relapse in Dec. 2014. Since then, she has been traveling the globe in hopes of finding a cure. Most recently, Foster spent time in Mexico, where she underwent treatment.
