Kim Richards was arrested last week at the Beverly Hills Hotel, and on Wednesday, new details were revealed about the incident.

According to an Us Weekly report, an eyewitness has spoke out, revealing what went down with the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star before she was taken into custody.

"She became loud, yelling and laughing at other people," the eyewitness told the magazine. "She was slurring, and people were moving away because they didn't want to be on the receiving end of her comments. She was past the point of being reasonable."

The source went on to reveal Richards had been dining at the restaurant with a few friends, and after they left, things got out of hand. After having what was believed to be several cocktails, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star reportedly began acting inebriated, and was cut off from alcoholic beverages.

After she continued to request cocktails to no avail, Richards reportedly became angry, and security was called. However, after staff requested she leave the premises, Richards refused. At that point, staff phoned the Beverly Hills Police Department, who arrived on scene around 1:30 a.m. on April 16, and informed Richards she needed to leave.

Once she was taken into custody, Richards reportedly kicked a police offer, before being released shortly after 10 a.m. that morning.
