Talk show host Ellen DeGeneres and Scandal star Portia de Rossi continue to make headlines amid rumors that claim the couple is heading for a divorce.

Last year after failing to show up to a Saving SPOT! event, reports online claimed that the duo got into an 'epic' fight causing them to miss the charity event. Both DeGeneres and de Rossi debunked those rumors stating that they never agreed to show up due to a prior engagement.

After putting the divorce rumors to bed, new stories suggest that the couple is feuding and after an eyewitness says that de Rossi was getting close to man, new sources say that DeGeneres is filing for divorce.

On Sunday, Classicalite reported that the actress is sick of DeGeneres's controlling behavior and wants out of their marriage. While some rumors suggest that de Rossi is the one who wants out, other stories claim that the comedian is the one who's leaving.

In the May issue of In Touch, an insider close to the duo tells the mag that their relationship is as good as done.

"Ellen's been unhappy with Portia for a while now and wants out...[but] Ellen hates to be alone. She's never broken up with anyone unless she has someone else waiting for her, and she's not interested in anyone right now."

As previously reported, an eyewitness claims that de Rossi was seen getting fairly close to a man, and apparently they guy wasn't gay.
