Evelyn Lozada may have a pretty rad life in front of the cameras, but like most humans she gets stressed out too.

On Tuesday, she experienced the typical stress all parents go through when their children or child gets sick.

Last March she gave birth to her son Carl Leo Crawford and unfortunately her 1-year-old came down with a stomach bug.

"Lil one has a tummy virus," she shared on Twitter, while also sharing he puked three times just that morning.

"Rough morning," she dished on Twitter with a bunch of the emoji faces with their tongues sticking out while their eyes are closed as she dealt with her son's illness.

Despite being so stressed out from her son not feeling well, she looked fabulous as seen in the Instagram photo above that she shared that same day.

She also dished that she handles the stress by blasting Jennifer Lopez's debut album On The 6.

"My morning pick me up," she shared with a image of what JLo song she was listening to from the album. It's "Let's Get Loud," which is definitely one of Lopez's signature hits.

It seems like Lopez is a great stress reliever since the reality TV star said the singer's music "helps" all the time.
