While Scandal star Portia de Rossi and her wife Ellen DeGeneres continue to debunk divorce rumors, new alleged sources claim that the couple is planning to split in the very near future.

Portia de Rossi Allegedly Spending Time With New Man Amid Divorce Rumors

Last week, de Rossi shared a photo of herself and her wife enjoying the weekend amid crazy rumors. However since the photo was shared, another insider close to the couple says that the actress may have signed a divorce agreement to save her marriage.

While neither of the ladies have yet to file for divorce, it is believed that their marriage may be doing better have the already set out plans in advance just incase the time comes.

Ellen DeGeneres Reportedly Plans To Divorce Portia de Rossi Amid Cheating Rumors

According to Classicalite, "Portia and Ellen have signed a postnuptial agreement, designed to force the relationship to better conform to her demands now, in order to avoid an expensive split of the net worth later."

This new photo comes amid a new story ran in the May issue of In Touch, where an alleged insider close to the duo tells the mag that their relationship is as good as done.

"Ellen's been unhappy with Portia for a while now and wants out...[but] Ellen hates to be alone. She's never broken up with anyone unless she has someone else waiting for her, and she's not interested in anyone right now."

As previously reported, an eyewitness claims that de Rossi was seen getting fairly close to a man

The drama surrounding the marriage between the duo is still up in the air and as of now it's unclear what's really going on.
