She overheard them admitting that the baby they claim is theirs is actually Julian's (Michael DeVry) and now, Sam (Kelly Monaco) will struggle with keeping Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) and Ned's (Wally Kurth) secret on General Hospital.

Nikolas Comes Clean To Elizabeth

After Olivia encountered early labor pains and was hospitalized, Sam overheard the couple talking about keeping the truth from Julian that the baby was really his and not Ned's--and Sam has been torn ever since. Though she can understand the pair's reasoning for wanting to keep the baby from her father, who is a well-known mobster, she is also unsure if keeping such a big secret from the father she's reconnected with is such a good idea.

Now, after the Nurse's Ball comes to an end, she will confront Olivia with what she knows, and could potentially try to convince the older woman to do the right thing and let Julian know he will be a father again.

Elizabeth Reveals The Truth

"Olivia, I need to talk to you," she says in a preview clip for the Wednesday, May 6 episode.

Meanwhile, following the shocking revelations that were made at the Ball, other Port Charles residents are beginning to question their relationships--and the futures they may have with others.

Liz (Rebecca Herbst) in particular is struggling with the endless bombshells she was handed--including the fact that Ric (Rick Hearst) paid Hayden (Rebecca Budig) to pose as Jake's (Billy Miller) wife, and the truth that Jake is actually Jason.

And though she decided to keep Jason's identity a secret from him so she could finally pursue a relationship with him that wouldn't be interrupted by others, she is still struggling with everything that has happened to him recently--especially at the hands of her almost-fiance.

"Everything he did to you was my fault," she says in the clip.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
