For the last several months, Messer has been accused of being addicted to drugs. It all started during the fifth season of Teen Mom 2, during which the mother of three was prescribed anxiety medication for her stress issues regarding her daughter's muscular dystrophy diagnosis. On the show, Messer was seen telling her husband, Jeremy Calvert, she felt "druggy," and was also seen slurring her words while on the phone with Ali's doctor.

Then, on Wednesday, an In Touch Weekly report, via Radar Online, claimed the reality star had left her home in West Virginia, and checked into treatment. According to the site, Messer arrived to rehab on May 3, and was expected to remain there for 30 days.

“She’ll be gone for a month,” a source told the magazine. “She wants her girls to visit. She’s still telling people she’s going away for therapy. They’re hoping her denial doesn’t stop her from making a fresh start.”
